Summer Camps

RG Challenges

This camp is for gymnasts entering Advanced, Pre-Competitive and Performance Programs, designed to challenge their current skills, and goal-set for the coming season.

  • August 20-24 OR Aug 27-31
  • 6 - 10 years, 1:00-3:00pm - $100 plus GST per week
  • 11 years +, 1:00-4:00pm - $140 plus GST per week


Competitive Training

Jump start your competitive season! We recommend gymnasts entering Interclub or Provincial Stream Competitive programs participate in at least one week of camp. Experiment with new skills and choreography!

  • 11 years +, 1:00-5:00pm - $180 plus GST per week

Summer Classes

Master Classes

This class is intended for gymnasts with previous RG experience, who want to further develop targeted skills. Each week, coaches will focus on a different group of skills! 


Every Tuesday

  • 6-10 years 10:00-12:00pm - $20 plus GST per day *Full Summer Registration = $110*
  • 11 years + - 1:00-4:00pm - $25 plus GST per day *Full Summer Registration = $135*

Explore RG

Join us in the gym to explore all RG has to offer! Each day will showcase different aspects of RG, including tumbling, flexibility development, and apparatus!


Every Wednesday between July 4 and August 15

  • 6-10 years 10:00-12:00pm - $20 plus GST per day  *Full Summer Registration = $110*
  • 11 years + - 1:00-4:00pm - $25 plus GST per day  *Full Summer Registration = $135*

Every Thursday (after Playdate) between July 5 and August 16

4-6 years, 1:00-3:00pm - $20 plus GST per day  *Full Summer Registration = $110*


Weekly Themes!

July 3-5: Fun with Apparatus

Ribbons, balls, hoops and ropes make RG unique and help to bring out the creativity in every gymnast! Join us for some new skills and fun with apparatus.


July 10-12: Creative NEW Apparatus

While a pool noodle won't become an Olympic event anytime soon, let's see what we can do with it and whatever else we can find!! Gymnasts will explore using non-traditional apparatus to explore new skills and stretch their creativity. 


July 17-19: Team Feats

Amazing things happen when gymnasts collaborate! gymnasts will work together to learn apparatus collaborations, exchanges, lifts and tricks. 


July 24-26: Balanced and Grounded

Strike a Pose!` Gymnasts will challenge themselves with some new and creative stationary positions, being still has never been more fun!


July 31-Aug 2: Spinning and Winning 

Gymnasts will learn all the ways their body can spin and turn! From a classic pivot to illusions and tumbling.


Aug 7-9: Terrific Tumbling

Handstands, elbow stands, cartwheels, walkovers and so much more, RG offers so many unique ways to tumble! Gymnasts will try new tumbling skills and refine those already in development, What are your tumbling goals?


Aug 14-16: Jumping into Action

Springing and leaping will be the focus this week! Gymnasts will bring their energy to the gym to work on the many variations of jumps that RG has to offer.

NOTES

Pre-registration will secure your gymnasts' spot, but drop-in are welcome, space permitting. We strongly recommend singing up for a Family Account prior to arriving at the gym for a drop-in. All gymnasts should bring nut-free snacks (or lunch) and a water bottle.



No refunds will be issued for gymnast who have registered and paid for workshops/camps they have not attended.
