What is Rhythmic Gymnastics?
Rhythmic Gymnastics is an artistic sport which combines unique body movements with apparatus such as balls, ribbons and hoops. An Olympic sport since 1984, Rhythmic Gymnastics is gaining popularity in Canada and the US.
Traditionally, Rhythmic Gymnastics has been dominated by females, however, the men's form of the sport is quickly developing.

To promote personal growth in individuals by encouraging participation at all levels and roles within the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics in the Fraser Valley.
